(1) A person willing to sell biological products, chicks, fingerlings or meat processing shall obtain a license from prescribed authority paying the fee as prescribed.
(2) The quality and standard of biological products, chicks, fingerlings or meat processing mentioned in sub-Section (1) shall be as prescribed.
